RECEPTIONIST
The Responsibility:
- Receiving and forwarding incoming telephones, messages, mails and
documents to the relevant person
- Receiving visitors
- Sending domestic & international) document
- Assisting other dept for miscellaneous work.
- Assist in arranging Office Boy and Driver schedule.
The Person
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluency in Engslih is a must
- Excellent communication skill with pleasant disposition
- Mature, organised and self-driven
- Meticulous, independent, analytical and possess good interpersonal skills.
Education and Qualification
Min. Diploma degree from any discipline, previous related experience
would be an advantage
