To support our business growth, we invite highly motivated, dynamic, and open-minded individuals to join our dynamic team to establish our company as market leader position as: Industrial Relation Staff (Jawa Timur - Pasuruan) Responsibilities: The incumbent of this position is maintain and organize relationship between company, employee and Labor Union in order to create a harmonic industrial relationship condition, which align with company vision, mission and strategy, also align with government regulation.Requirements: Male, not more than 30 years old and holds a bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Law background.Minimum 1 – 3 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruptionHands-on experience in the process of build and maintain good relationship with Labor Union, LKS Bipartite; give guidelines to Labor Union regarding its function and responsibility; socialize the company regulations and policies on induction / orientation time for the new employee; and responsible as main team in Collective Labor Agreement to ensure all processes are aligned with company vision and mission.Attention to details and posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East JavaIf you possess the above requirements, please send your application letter together with CV (In English) and recent photograph by stating the position code in the subject of the email no later than two weeks after this advertisement to: gi_jobs@rad.net.id   For more information about our company, please visit us at www.guentner.de or www.guentner-asia.com
