Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quantity take-off, cost estimation, contracts administration, quantity surveying and tendering
- Abilities to work independently under minimal supervision and capable of sourcing competitive materials costs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience in interior fitting-out projects
- Disciplined and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Preferably bilingual
